VBS 2021 - Enchanted Forest

This year’s VBS was an absolute blast! The them was ENCHANTED FOREST and it was a huge success! On the first day, we learned all about the belt of truth and how God provides for all our needs. “The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; he leadeth beside the still waters.” On the second day, we learned all about the breastplate of righteousness and how God always listens to our prayers. “He restoreth my soul; He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His names sake.” On the third day, we learned all about the shield of faith and how we always need to have faith in God. “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.” On the fourth day, we learned about the helmet of salvation and how God always saves. “Thou preparest a table for me in the presence of mine enemies; thou annointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.” On our final day we had a unicorn visitor, got to perform for family, enjoyed pizza and shaved ice from Pelicans and were reminded that the most important take away from the week was that God is ALWAYS with us! “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord my whole life long.” Thank you for allowing your children to experience this week with us!
